Create a single-use claim code
You can give buyers single-use claim codes that expire once they are used. You can create many claim codes or just one. Create a single-use claim code by going to Promotions and following these steps:
1. Click the Create button for the type of promotion you would like to create.
2. Enter the information for Conditions and Scheduling, and then at Step 3: Additional Options, check the Claim Code checkbox.
3. Click Customise messaging.Additional messaging options expand below the link.
4. Click the Review button and then the Submit button.
5. On the Manage Your Promotions tab, search for your promotion and click the promotion title.This will take you to the View Promotion page.
6. At the top of the page click the Manage claim codes button.
7. Enter the Group Name and the Quantity of unique claim codes you want, and then click the Create button.
8. Refresh the page to get an updated status. Once the Claim codes are available, the status will be Ready.
