9. Con?rm and Send Broadcast
After you select Schedule or Send Now, a con?rmation popup message will appear.
Select ‘OK’ to send your chat broadcast
Select ‘Cancel’ to return to Create New Broadcast page
10. View Details
You can easily view details of scheduled and sent broadcasts by clicking on ‘View Detail’.
You will be able to see:
Recipient Group: Selected target recipient group
Number of Estimated Recipients: Number of recipients estimated that match the target recipient group criteria
Schedule Time: Time scheduled to sent broadcast
Text Message: The input text information from your message for the recipients receiving this chat broadcast
Content Added: Voucher / Promotion / Product or Category
11. View Insights
To see the performance of your broadcast, select ‘View Insights’ on any sent broadcast.
You can view performance insights for Voucher or Product broadcasts:
Conversion Funnel
○ Number of successful (actual) recipients
○ Number of recipients that read message
○ Total vouchers claimed
○ Total vouchers used
Recipient Activity
○ Number of successful (actual) recipients
