收到款子或信用证后，，，，， ， ，，营业员最先组织生产或发货。。。。。。。在接纳CIF和CFR发货前，，，，， ， ，，在货款已经通过T/T方法结清的情形下，，，，， ， ，，卖家要实时租船订舱，，，，， ， ，，并安排报关、通关事宜。。。。。。。发货后，，，，， ， ，，营业员要向客户提供商业发票和装箱单，，，，， ， ，，供客户在目的港清关时使用。。。。。。。下面将分情形先容发货前后营业员应该注重的事情环节。。。。。。。
