4. Select Recipient Group
Your broadcast limit will be replenished every week.
Message quota will be shared across Web / App Chat Broadcast
Max. number of recipients per week: 2 x shop followers
Sending a broadcast will deduct from overall message quota
Select your target recipient group to send your broadcast to:
Buyers Pending Review: Buyers who have purchased item(s) from your shop without leaving a review in past 15 days
Users Pending Purchase: Users with unpaid item(s) in their shopping carts in the past 30 days
Top 10% Buyers: Top 10% buyers with highest GMV from shop in past 2 years
Followers: All followers in your shop
Custom Group: Varies
*Sellers can send max. 1 broadcast per week to Buyers Pending Review
*Sending this will count towards 2 broadcasts per week limit
*Seller can also select from custom recipient groups created on Web

5.Create new Broadcast
See the recipient group you selected for your broadcast.
Your broadcast will be sent to the displayed recipient group
You can input number of recipients desired for each broadcast
Max. recipients: remaining message quota
If recipient quantity is greater than the remaining message quota, system will automatically adjust to the number of remaining message quota
Input your message into the text message box.
Text is required for all broadcasts
Ensure content is appropriate
Character limit is 500
Select on ‘+ Add Content’ to add more content (optional).
