Each paid Shopify account receives 60 minutes of design time from Shopify Theme Support. This design time can be used to add specific features to a theme that can help your store make sales.
The following customizations can be made to OS2.0 themes by Shopify Support. Review the description of each supported customization to determine which customizations might help your business.
Reduce the size of secondary product images
Design time: 15 minutes
By default, your product page displays all product images as full-sized images, which reduces the need for your customers to click images to zoom in.
This customization reduces the size of the secondary images on the product page, so that they appear as smaller thumbnails on desktop. The smaller secondary images appear higher on the page, which reduces the amount that customers need to scroll to find more images.
This customization works well for products with many product images, or when the product images don’t need to be displayed at a larger size.
Always display the second upright loop on the cart bag
Design time: 15 minutes
By default, the bag icon for the cart has a second upright loop handle that appears only when a product is added to the cart.
This customization displays the secondary loop handle at all times, so that the icon is the same before and after a product is added to the cart.
This customization works well on stores with specific design requirements.
