若是您在 Shopify 后台打印某个订单页面，，，，，，则打印的页面将包括该订单的时间表谈论。。。。。。

若是您不希望打印的订单包括谈论，，，，，，请在打印前在 Shopify 后台作废选中时间表上方的显示谈论框。。。。。。将打印订单的整个时间表，，，，，，但不包括任何谈论。。。。。�；；；；；蛘撸�，，，，，您可以使用 Order Printer 等应用打印订单。。。。。。

向时间线添加谈论

办法：

1. 在 Shopify 应用订单屏幕中，，，，，，点击订单。。。。。。

2. 将屏幕向下滑动到时间表部分，，，，，，将泛起谈论字段。。。。。。

3. 输入您的谈论，，，，，，然后轻触宣布按钮。。。。。。

在时间线上提及员工

您可以使用 @ 在谈论中提及市肆的员工。。。。。。员工在谈论中被提及后会收到电子邮件通知。。。。。。

办法：

1. 在撰写谈论时，，，，，，输入 @，，，，，，然后最先输入员工的姓名。。。。。。Shopify 会提供与您输入的内容匹配的员工建议。。。。。。

2. 当您看到想用 @ 提及的员工时，，，，，，请轻触他们的姓名。。。。。。

编辑时间表上的谈论

办法：

1. 在 Shopify 应用订单屏幕中，，，，，，点击带有您要编辑的谈论的订单。。。。。。

2. 轻触钮谈论旁边的 ? 按钮。。。。。。

3. 点击编辑谈论。。。。。。

4. 编辑谈论，，，，，，然后点击生涯。。。。。。

Timeline（Andriod）

With Timeline, you can view detailed histories and write notes and comments for orders, draft orders, customers, and transfers in Shopify. All notes and comments are internal and will not be visible to your customers. If you use the Shopify app, then you can receive notifications whenever you're mentioned in a Timeline comment.

Communicating with Timeline

All communication with Timeline is internal to your store.

• When you comment on something in the Shopify app, the comment is attached to that order.

• If you @mention staff, then that staff gets an email notification with your comment.

• If you @mention staff who use the Shopify app, then they get a push notification on their phone with your comment.

• If you don't @mention anyone, Shopify does not notify anyone about your comment.

Caution

If you print an order page in your Shopify admin, then the printed page will include the Timeline comments for that order.

If you don't want your printed order to include comments, then uncheck the Show comments box above Timeline in your Shopify admin before you print. The entire Timeline of the order will print without any comments. Alternatively, you can use an app like Order Printer to print your orders.

Add comments to Timeline

Steps:

1. From the Shopify app Orders screen, tap an order.

2. Swipe the screen down to the Timeline section and the comment field appears.

3. Enter your comment, and then tap the post button.

Mention staff on Timeline

You can @mention your store's staff in comments. Staff get email notifications when they are mentioned in a comment.

Steps:

1. While writing a comment, enter an @, and then start writing a staff's name. Shopify suggests staff that match what you enter.

2. When you see the staff that you want to @mention, tap their name.

Edit comments on Timeline

Steps:

1. From the Shopify app Orders screen, tap the order with the comment that you want edit.

2. Tap the ? button beside the comment.

3. Tap Edit comment.

4. Edit your comment, and then tap SAVE.
