Minimum Fee Promotion
For a limited time, we are offering you a referral fee discount to help you add low-priced selection that is currently not available on Amazon.com. To be eligible for this promotion, ASINs must fulfill the following criteria:
The total sales price is $7 or below. The total sales price includes the item price and any shipping or giftwrap charges.
You have created the ASIN between April 10, 2018 (PST ) and August 15, 2018 (PST)1 .
The item is not listed in Grocery or Media categories.
For items with a total price of $3.50 and below, you will get a discount of $0.50 on the referral fee. For items with a total sales price of $3.51 to $7.00, you will get a discount of $0.30 on the referral fee.
For example, on categories that have a $1 minimum fee, you will pay a fee of $0.50 on eligible ASINs priced $3.50 and below, and a fee of $0.70 on eligible ASINs priced between $3.51 to $7. For more examples of how to calculate your fee in GLs for eligible items with a 15% referral fee and a $1 minimum fee, refer to the table below.

Is this referral fee update limited to only some sellers?
The referral fee update applies to all Professional sellers with normal and active accounts.
How will the discount apply to items with a $2 min fee?
Items that belong to Jewelry and Watches product categories are subject to a $2 minimum fee. For Jewelry and Watches priced $3.50 and below, you will get a discount of $0.50 on the referral fee. For Jewelry and Watches priced $3.51 to $7, you will get a discount of $0.30 on the referral fee.
Does the referral fee update only apply to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)?
No, the fee discount applies to eligible items fulfilled through FBA and MFN.
If shipping or gift-wrap increases the price over $7.00, will I get charged the regular fee?
Yes, since the total sales price paid by the customer (item price + shipping + gift-wrap) will be higher than $7.00.
Where will I be able to see the charged referral fee?
Your referral fee will appear as it does now, as a Referral Fee line item in your Payments report. The fee discount will appear as a Referral Fee Discount line item in the transaction details view of your Payments report. Additionally, sellers can find the referral fee discount on eligible products in the Fee Preview column within the Manage Inventory page.

1 We apply referral fee discounts at the time an order is placed for any eligible items sold during a fee promotion. The promotion is activated within 7 days of adding a qualifying ASIN.
