Effective October 15, 2020 11:00AM Beijing Time, the Smart Logistics Program is launched for all China-based merchants with New Zealand enabled as a destination country to drop ship New Zealand-bound orders directly via WishPost (i.e., excluding EPC Blue, and Advanced Logistics Program orders).
