The Shop Games dashboard provides a real-time overview of your games' performance, so that you can tell at one glance which games have performed better. 

Get insights on how your game has performed by toggling between the key metrics to see what is affecting your game performance and prizes claimed. 

Understand the performance of your games

You will be able to gauge the performance of your game by looking at participation rate and prizes claimed. 

A high participation rate and high number of prizes claimed indicate that your games have been successful in engaging shoppers.

Definition：Participation rate is calculated using the percentage of shoppers who played, out of all shoppers who visited your shop's game page.

This helps you to understand the type of games your shoppers are more interested in. Therefore, you can create more similar games to encourage higher engagement. 

Find your shop games

Use the different filters and the calendar drop down menu to sort your shop games easily when you need to check or update the games. 

By sorting your preferred games and time period, you can gain insights into how your games' performances have been changing over time. Simply select Export Data.
