Service fee is an amount charged by Shopee for the services provided to sellers who sign up for the Cashback and Free Shipping Programmes. 

Sellers are charged a percentage of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) when an order is placed. This percentage is based on the type of seller you are and the programme you are in:

This fee is automatically deducted from you after an order is completed.
