Chat Response Rate for Preferred Seller Programme

One of the requirements to become a Preferred Seller on Shopee is to have a Chat Response Rate (CRR) of ≥75%. This excludes auto-replies, game and broadcast messages.

In order to provide a better reflection of your chat performance, Shopee has recently fixed how we measure CRR. CRR will now automatically exclude all auto-replies and game messages.

In order to maintain your Preferred Seller status, all sellers will have until 29 November to maintain or uplift their current CRR. You can improve your CRR by making sure that you reply to chat messages within 12 hours and understand more on CRR and customer service here.
