Q: Can I save my image after creating one with a template?
A:For sellers with access to Media Space, Shopee will automatically save your image onto your Media Space.
For sellers without access to Media Space, we will improve on this issue in the next version.
Q:Can I edit my image again after exiting Banner Creator?
A: This function is currently unavailable. We will make improvements to this tool in future, so that you can edit your banners after you’ve uploaded them.
Q:Can I change the font style or font size?
A: We will support more of this text editing capability in future. If you have any feedback, please submit it using the Feedback button on the bottom left of the Shop Decoration page!
Q: Can the text and images in all banner templates be edited?
A: Some templates have text and images that cannot be edited. If you select such a template, a message will be shown to inform you that none of the text and images can be changed. You’ll be able to save and upload your banner directly.
