国际商业常用支付方法之?L/C条款
使用L/C付款， ，，，，，， ，应在条约中明确划定开证时间、L/C种类、L/C金额、付款日期、L/C的有用期及到期所在。。。。。
1.即期 L/C 支付条款
例如， ，，，，，， ，The Buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the Sellers an Irrevocable Sight Letter of Credit to reach the Sellers 30 days before the month of shipment, valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the month of shipment.(买方应通过卖方所接受的银行于装运月前30天开立并送达卖方不可作废的即期L/C， ，，，，，， ，于装运月后15天在中国议付。。。。。)
2.远期 L/C 付款条款
例如， ，，，，，， ，The Buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the Sellers an Irrevocable Letter of Credit at 45 days Sight to reach the Sellers 30 days before the date of shipment, valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the date of shipment.(买方应通过卖方可以接受的银行于装运日前30天开立并送达卖方不可作废的见票后45天付款的LC， ，，，，，， ，有用期至装运日后15天在中国议付。。。。。)
小贴士
组合式支付方法
在一样平常商业中， ，，，，，， ，也可用TT与LIC相团结等组合式支付方法。。。。。如：
1.T/T：30%T/T预付， ，，，，，， ，70%装船后凭证装运票据付款；；；；； ；
2.T/T+L/C：90%的 L/C+ 10%的 T/T到付
Payment: Part A: 90% of the total contract amount shall be payable L/C at sight against shipping documents.
Part B: the balance of 10% will be paid by T/T。。。。。
